To formalize the reservation, the following steps must be followed.

Send the client’s data:
– If the reservation is in the name of a company: company name, VAT number and address.
– If the reservation is in the name of an individual: full name, surname and ID number, as well as address.

Receive the proforma issued by Born to Cook.

It is very important that the client carefully reviews all the data and concepts reflected in the proforma (name or company name, NIF/CIF, address, description of the service, amounts, etc.) before proceeding with the payment.

Once the proforma has been validated and the corresponding invoice is issued, it will not be possible to make any modifications or corrections to it, due to traceability obligations and tax regulations that prevent altering invoices already issued.

Pay 50% of the estimated total amount and send proof of payment to info@borntocookbarcelona.com.

The remaining 50% must be paid up to 2 working days before the event.

Invoicing will be done in two parts, each part upon receipt of the corresponding proforma payment.

If a single invoice for the total amount is required, it must be requested in advance; it will be issued after receipt of the second payment.

The first proforma will be issued on the basis of an advance payment of 50% of the total estimated amount.

If this 50% does not reflect the stipulated minimum cost, and subsequently in the second invoice a lower number of attendees than the established minimum is confirmed, Born to Cook will include an additional line for “Minimum participation required”, until the amount corresponding to the agreed minimum is reached.

Important: The reservation will not be considered confirmed until Born to Cook has received proof of payment of the deposit.

No dates will be blocked without prior formalization.

If the client needs some time to make a final decision, he/she can request a pre-booking. In case another request is received for the same day and time, Born to Cook will inform the client to make a final decision, as long as the conversation remains active and no more than 5 working days have passed without an exchange of mails.

If there is inactivity in the communication and/or no response is received within said period, Born to Cook will consider the pre-booking cancelled.
