TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
FORMALIZACIÓN DE LA RESERVA:
Para formalizar la reserva se deberán seguir los siguientes pasos.
Enviar los datos del cliente:
– Si la reserva está a nombre de una empresa: razón social, CIF y dirección.
– Si la reserva está a nombre de una persona física: nombre completo, apellidos y DNI, además de dirección.
Recibir la proforma emitida por Born to Cook.
Es muy importante que el cliente revise detenidamente todos los datos y conceptos reflejados en la proforma (nombre o razón social, NIF/CIF, dirección, descripción del servicio, importes, etc.) antes de proceder al pago.
Una vez la proforma haya sido validada y se emita la factura correspondiente, no será posible realizar modificaciones ni correcciones sobre la misma, debido a las obligaciones de trazabilidad y normativa fiscal que impiden alterar facturas ya emitidas.
Abonar el 50 % del importe total estimado y enviar el comprobante de pago a info@borntocookbarcelona.com.
El 50 % restante deberá abonarse hasta 2 días laborables antes del evento.
La facturación se realizará en dos partes, cada una al recibir el pago de la correspondiente proforma.
En caso de necesitar una sola factura por el total, se deberá solicitar con antelación; esta se emitirá después de recibido el segundo pago.
La primera proforma se emitirá tomando como referencia un anticipo del 50 % del importe total estimado.
Si dicho 50 % no refleja el coste mínimo estipulado, y posteriormente en la segunda factura se confirma un número de asistentes inferior al mínimo establecido, Born to Cook incluirá una línea adicional en concepto de “Participación mínima requerida”, hasta alcanzar el importe correspondiente al mínimo acordado.
Importante: la reserva no se considerará confirmada hasta que Born to Cook haya recibido el comprobante de pago correspondiente al anticipo.
No se bloquearán fechas sin formalización previa.
Si el cliente necesitase un tiempo para tomar la decisión final, podrá solicitar realizar una prereserva. En caso de que otra solicitud sea recibida para el mismo día y hora, Born to Cook informará al cliente para que tome una decisión final, siempre que la conversación se mantenga activa y no hayan transcurrido más de 5 días laborables sin intercambio de correos.
Si existe inactividad en la comunicación y/o no se recibe respuesta dentro de dicho plazo, Born to Cook considerará la prereserva cancelada.
OFERTAS PERSONALIZADAS:
Born to Cook elabora y envía a sus clientes una oferta estándar que refleja las condiciones generales y servicios habituales de la empresa.
Si el cliente solicita una oferta personalizada, prevalecerán las condiciones expresamente recogidas en la comunicación escrita donde se detallen los nuevos acuerdos.
En consecuencia, la oferta estándar dejará de ser vinculante y se aplicarán las condiciones de la oferta personalizada aceptada.
Los precios de los servicios para eventos fuera de las instalaciones pueden variar según ubicación, logística y características del espacio.
Las actividades y servicios deberán adaptarse a las condiciones del lugar.
Se podrá facilitar una estimación orientativa, pero los importes finales se confirmarán con el presupuesto definitivo.
MÉTODOS DE PAGO:
Born to Cook acepta pagos mediante tarjeta bancaria, transferencia bancaria y PayPal.
Pagos con tarjeta nacional: se facilitará un enlace de pago seguro.
Transferencias bancarias nacionales o internacionales:

Las comisiones derivadas de la transferencia correrán a cargo del cliente.
Pagos con tarjeta internacionales: exclusivamente a través de PayPal.
Los pagos realizados vía PayPal estarán sujetos a un recargo adicional del 5 %.
ASISTENTES:
Cada actividad requiere un número mínimo de participantes.
Si el grupo no alcanza el mínimo, deberán cubrirse los costos correspondientes, sin prestación de servicios adicionales.
Cualquier modificación en el número de asistentes deberá notificarse con al menos 2 días laborables de antelación.
Si el número final es inferior al acordado y no se comunica, el importe no podrá ajustarse.
Si el número supera lo acordado, la aceptación quedará sujeta a disponibilidad.
ALERGIAS Y DIETAS ESPECIALES:
Las alergias, intolerancias o dietas especiales deberán comunicarse con un mínimo de 2 días laborables de antelación.
Una vez iniciado el servicio, no será posible modificar ingredientes ni elaboraciones.
MONTAJE Y MOBILIARIO DISPONIBLE:
En actividades participativas, el montaje estándar será en formato cóctel, salvo indicación contraria.
Otros montajes deberán consultarse previamente y podrán implicar costos adicionales.
En servicios de restaurante privado, el menú definirá el tipo de montaje.
HORARIOS, ACCESO Y SEGURIDAD:
El acceso estará limitado a los horarios establecidos y al personal autorizado.
Las modificaciones horarias deberán comunicarse con antelación y pueden implicar recargos.
Los proveedores externos deberán ser aprobados previamente.
Born to Cook no se responsabiliza por pérdidas, daños o accidentes causados por invitados o proveedores del cliente.
No se permitirá el uso de elementos peligrosos sin autorización expresa.
ENCARGOS A TERCEROS:
Los encargos a proveedores externos deberán realizarse con al menos 15 días de antelación.
Born to Cook solo los gestionará una vez recibido el comprobante de pago completo.
En caso de cancelación, no se reembolsarán los gastos de gestión ni los cargos del proveedor.
CAMBIOS DE FECHA:
Más de 30 días antes: sin recargo.
Entre 15 y 29 días: 10 %.
Entre 7 y 14 días: 20 %.
Menos de 7 días: 30 %.
El cambio de fecha estará sujeto a disponibilidad.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN Y CONDICIONES:
Más de 30 días: reembolso del 80 % del depósito.
Entre 16 y 30 días: reembolso del 50 %.
15 días o menos: no se realizará reembolso.
No se reembolsarán gastos de gestión ni comisiones.
La cancelación deberá comunicarse por correo electrónico a info@borntocookbarcelona.com.
CANCELACIÓN POR BORN TO COOK:
En caso de cancelación por parte del organizador, se reembolsará el importe íntegro pagado.
Como alternativa, el cliente podrá utilizar el depósito abonado incrementado en un 20 % como crédito para futuros eventos.

RECOMENDAMOS LEER DETENIDAMENTE EL CONTENIDO ANTES DE FORMALIZAR CUALQUIER RESERVA O TRANSACCIÓN.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
FORMALIZATION OF THE RESERVATION:
To formalize the reservation, the following steps must be followed.
Send the customer’s details:
– If the reservation is made in the name of a company: company name, tax ID number and address.
– If the reservation is made in the name of an individual: full name, surname(s), ID number, and address.
Receive the proforma invoice issued by Born to Cook.
It is very important that the client carefully review all the information and details included in the proforma invoice (name or company name, tax ID/VAT number, address, service description, amounts, etc.) before making the payment.
Once the proforma invoice has been validated and the corresponding invoice has been issued, no modifications or corrections may be made, due to traceability requirements and tax regulations that prohibit altering invoices that have already been issued.
Pay 50% of the total estimated amount and send proof of payment to info@borntocookbarcelona.com.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than two business days before the event.
Invoicing will be carried out in two installments, each one issued upon receipt of payment for the corresponding proforma invoice.
If a single invoice for the total amount is required, this must be requested in advance; it will be issued after the second payment has been received.
The first proforma invoice will be issued based on a 50% advance payment of the total estimated amount.
If this 50% does not reflect the stipulated minimum cost and the second invoice later confirms a number of attendees lower than the established minimum, Born to Cook will include an additional line item for “Minimum Participation Required” to reach the agreed minimum amount.
Important: the reservation will not be considered confirmed until Born to Cook has received proof of payment for the deposit.
Dates will not be blocked without prior formalization.
If the client needs time to make a final decision, a pre-booking may be requested. If another request is received for the same date and time, Born to Cook will inform the client so a final decision can be made, provided the communication remains active and no more than five business days have passed without an exchange of emails.
If there is inactivity in communication and/or no response is received within this period, Born to Cook will consider the pre-booking cancelled.
CUSTOMIZED OFFERS:
Born to Cook prepares and sends its clients a standard offer reflecting the company’s general terms and usual services.
If the client requests a customized offer tailored to specific needs, the terms expressly stated in the written communication detailing the new agreed conditions will prevail.
Accordingly, the standard offer will no longer be binding, and the applicable terms will be those of the customized offer accepted by the client.
Prices for Born to Cook services for events held outside its facilities may vary depending on location, logistical conditions, and the characteristics of the venue.
Activities and services must be adapted to the conditions of the location.
An indicative estimate may be provided, but final amounts—especially those related to external suppliers—will be confirmed once the final budget has been issued.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Born to Cook accepts payments by bank card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
National card payments: a secure payment link provided by the collaborating bank will be supplied.
National or international bank transfers:

Any costs or fees arising from bank transfers, whether national or international, shall be borne by the client.
International card payments: processed exclusively through PayPal.
Payments made via PayPal are subject to an additional 5% surcharge on the total invoice amount.
ATTENDEES:
Each activity requires a minimum number of participants.
If the group does not reach the required minimum, the costs corresponding to the stipulated minimum must be covered, without the provision of additional services.
Any changes to the final number of attendees must be communicated at least two business days prior to the event.
If the final number is lower than agreed and no prior notice is given, the price cannot be adjusted and the previously agreed amount must be paid.
If the final number of attendees exceeds the agreed number, acceptance will be subject to availability and prior notice of at least two business days.
ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL DIETS:
Any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements must be communicated at least two business days before the event date.
Once the service has begun, ingredients and preparations cannot be modified.
SETUP AND AVAILABLE FURNITURE:
For participatory activities, the standard setup is cocktail-style, unless otherwise specified.
Any alternative setup must be discussed in advance and may involve additional costs.
For private restaurant services, the menu will determine the appropriate setup.
SCHEDULES, ACCESS, AND SAFETY:
Access to the venue will be limited to the agreed schedules and authorized personnel.
Any changes to the event duration must be communicated in advance and may result in additional charges.
External vendors must be notified and approved in advance.
Born to Cook is not responsible for losses, damages, or accidents caused by guests or suppliers contracted by the client.
The use of items that may pose a risk to safety, furniture, or facilities is not permitted without express authorization.
THIRD-PARTY ORDERS:
Orders from external suppliers must be placed at least 15 days in advance.
Born to Cook will process such orders only after receiving full proof of payment.
In the event of cancellation, management fees and supplier charges will not be refunded.
DATE CHANGES:
More than 30 days before the event: no surcharge.
Between 15 and 29 days: 10%.
Between 7 and 14 days: 20%.
Less than 7 days: 30%.
All date changes are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND CONDITIONS:
More than 30 days before the event: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
Between 16 and 30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
15 days or less before the event: no refund will be issued.
Management fees and commissions are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be communicated by email to info@borntocookbarcelona.com.
CANCELLATION BY BORN TO COOK:
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Alternatively, the client may use the deposit paid, increased by 20%, as credit for future events.
BY CONTRACTING OUR SERVICES, THE CLIENT IMPLICITLY ACCEPTS ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THIS DOCUMENT.
