We had the best time at Born to Cook, Barcelona. Manu, our instructor, provided a very fun and instructive 3 plus hours. The location, in the center of The Born area of Barcelona, was spacious and clean. Wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages were available. The Sangria that we learned to make was delicious. We learned to make three different tapas followed by a dinner of various dishes which included salted potatoes, shrimp, chicken, eggplant, topped off by a classic Crema Catalan for dessert. This is very enjoyable way to spend an evening and I highly recommend it!

We organised our Team Event here on Sunday and it was the best experience ever! We made 4 creative tapas dishes, had unlimited drinks and a delicious dessert. Manu was helpful and explained all the steps in a great way and he made us feel welcome. The best dish we made was the Prawn Thai Curry but we also had the chance to make a salmon tartare which was beyond delicious. Highly recommend to all groups or friends wanting a fun day out together!

I really learnt a lot in the workshop about the ingredients, how to prepare them and the steps involved in each dish. It’s a hands on experience, so we were involved in every step of the cooking process, and eating the fruits of our labour was a very enjoyable experience too!

Spent a fabulous day which started with a tour through two markets with Valerio. Started with the well known La Boqueria and then the more local market Santa Caterina. Valerio was a wonderful guide, friendly and very informative and really helped us to connect with the locals through their food. We then did the paella cooking class with Manu which was great fun and the food was all beautiful. This tour was a highlight of our time in Barcelona and I would strongly recommend it for anyone interested in food and eating!

Great evening of tapas cooking in the heart of Born. Chef Nuria did a great job of keeping a diverse and lively group engaged and organized. We cooked delicious food, learned a few tricks and enjoyed a great evening in good company. Small group ( November) so cooking class is in Bulthaup showroom instead of main cooking studio, worked beautifully. Relaxed atmosphere, wine flows freely and everyone goes home happy! Great job!
