Chef and coordinator at Born to Cook Barcelona, with over 15 years’ experience in food business, Alex has been working as a restaurant consultant and private chef for many VIP events. One of the owners of El Groc restaurant, a reference in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), he is specialist in Mediterranean cuisine, rise dishes, and traditional seafaring gastronomy.
